What should you expect from a counselling session?
The first counselling session is 1.5 hours in duration and each session thereafter is 1 hour and they primarily focus on:
Gaining an understanding of the difficulties you may be facing in your life and supporting you in making the changes needed to improve your personal challenges. This helps you to work towards better psychological wellbeing and to live your life with richness to reach your full potential.
Sessions with Sarah aim to increase your self-confidence in order for you to obtain clarity and perspective and to live a happier more productive life.
As individuals, we all need an understanding of who we are and why we react the way we do to people or circumstances and why sometimes our lives seemed to be blocked.
At Mind Balance Counselling Sarah offers individual sessions as well as session for couples and families.
Skype and telephone counselling sessions are also available for your convenience or perhaps you live in a rural area and find it difficult to travel.
